Our Founder

Our founder, Brian J. O’Malley, wrote his first computer program in 1983 and launched his first website 10 years later. He graduated at the top of his class in Communications, and has continued his studies far beyond college. Even in the early years, Brian was primarily interested in how communications affected the individual psychologically and successfully pursued advanced coursework in the topic.

Fourth Dimension Communications was launched by Mr. O’Malley in 1997 offering traditional advertising, public relations, government relations and video production. After acquiring several international companies and many more mid-sized companies as clients, he recognized how difficult it was for many companies to maintain message consistency across all channels. This recognition resulted in the invention of the Messaging Matrix™ that has proven its worth across many industries since its original inception in 2005. He opened SEMPro as an exclusively digital marketing agency in 2011.
